DAVE TIMMS
Dave represents management in all aspects of labor and
employment law, including complex litigation, trial and labor
arbitrations. He regularly counsels construction companies
and recently successfully assisted a company in securing an
almost $6 million dollar construction contract from a

merit shop environment. He has successfully obtained
federally approved withdraws of recognition of labor unions.
Employers seeking to prevent workplace problems regularly
call upon Dave for training and counseling on topics

also helps companies develop employment agreements and
separation agreements designed to protect the company. In
addition, he regularly counsels companies with wage and hour
laws, unemployment compensation, and OSHA matters.
Dave has represented clients before many state and federal
courts and administrative agencies. As an Assistant Attorney
