JOSHUA D. ROCKWELL
Josh joined the firm in 2006 and became a member of the
litigation department. His focus is on subrogation
litigation, carrier law, insurance defense and general
business litigation. He regularly handles property loss
recovery on a nationwide scale for several national
retailers, as well as nationwide recovery efforts for
national and international shipping and logistics companies.
Josh assists clients in all stages of recovery efforts,
from investigation through post-judgment collection, while
working with a network of counsel throughout the United
States. His previous experience included clerking at a
boutique litigation firm specializing in health insurance
loss recovery and ERISA matters.
Josh graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State
University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2006. In
2002, he graduated magna cum laude from Miami University with
a degree in psychology and sociology. Josh is a member of the
Columbus Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association, and
is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, and U.S.
District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is
active in several professional and charitable organizations.
