Both John Perez and Troy Morris have primarily represented
retailers in litigation matters since 1986 and 1989,
respectively. Building on this foundation and knowledge base,
today the firm’s practice is dedicated to the representation
of retailers in such areas as employee dishonesty recovery,
premises liability defense, subrogation, cargo and large
property loss recovery, cargo related matters and
self-insured counseling. Our retail practice is national,

its numerous subsidiaries, such as Bath & Body Works,
Inc. and Victoria’s Secret Stores, Inc., Retail Ventures,
Inc. and its numerous subsidiaries such as Value City
Department Stores, Designer Shoe Warehouse and Filene’s
Basement, The Gap, Inc., Sears Holding Corporation, including
both the Sears and Kmart brands, Children’s Place, Macy’s
